How do I put my board on my lock screen?
After you build your board, DreamWall walks you through a one-time Apple Shortcuts setup — about twenty seconds, guided step by step. You’ll need Apple’s Shortcuts app and Safari installed (both are free and preinstalled on most iPhones). Tap “Set it on my lock screen” in the app and follow along.
Why does DreamWall need Apple Shortcuts?
iOS doesn’t let apps change your lock screen wallpaper on a schedule by themselves. Shortcuts is Apple’s official way to do it: DreamWall uses a small Shortcut to refresh your wallpaper in the background so your board stays current without you doing anything.
Is DreamWall free?
DreamWall is free to download and you can build your first board for free. Some features — like the daily wallpaper engine, widgets, and goal tracking — require a DreamWall Plus subscription. Current plans and prices are always shown inside the app before you’re charged anything.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, so cancelling takes a few taps: open Settings on your iPhone → your name → Subscriptions → DreamWall → Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. You can also manage subscriptions in the App Store app under your account.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open DreamWall and tap Restore Purchases (on the paywall or in settings). Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you originally purchased with — your DreamWall Plus entitlement follows your Apple ID, not your device.
Are my photos uploaded to your servers?
No. Your board is composed on your device, from photos you explicitly select. DreamWall is designed around on-device processing — see our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
The Shortcut stopped updating my wallpaper.
Open the Shortcuts app and check that the DreamWall shortcut is still installed. If it is and the wallpaper still isn’t refreshing, re-run the setup from inside DreamWall — it repairs the connection. Low Power Mode and some Focus modes can also pause background automations.
How do I delete my data?
DreamWall doesn’t require an account, and your boards live on your device. Deleting the app removes your locally stored data. For anything related to purchases, those records live with Apple under your Apple ID.
